Scared/embarrassed about going to the doctor?

So tomorrow i plan on telling my Mom that i need to go to the doctor about my armpits. They sweat so much it's crazy! It's embarrassing and i havent told anyone. It's gotten so bad that i cant wear anything without a thick coat on.

My question is when i go to the doctor, what are they most likely to do to me? What are some tips to keep them from sweating in the meantime?
