Scared and confused...poss pre-term labor?

well lots of women discharge alot more when they are pregnant not always at the beginning, and it could just be the way the baby is sitting he might just be in the wrong place and it can be painful , when i was pregnant with my daughter she us to put her feel up under neither my ribs and stretched out until it hurt to the point that i was in tears, do be surprised if it's just the way the baby is laying. but if it doesn't go away which it should and your still worried then call ask him what you should do.
 
So about 2 weeks ago I started to discharge ALOT more than usual and 2 days I started having braxton hicks but they're not very strong. This morning when I wiped it was like snot. My lower back has had an aching dull throb all day. I kinda want to call my OB but I'm worried they'll blow me off. I'm 24 weeks pregnant and this is my 2nd kid. I have a 10 month old.
