SCAM OMG or is it ligit u be the judge?

ok so i used my credit card on this website it was pre paid and teh transaction went through fine i checked

the day later i get a email saying to call there 1800 number because my credit card might of been fraudulent and they want to make sure even when the transaction went through fine

i then went to their website and apperently this is a "common problem" becuase they stress to not call the bank or the credit card company becuase it will take to long and to make sure i call them first

what should i do is this a scam

the credit card was pre paid and this is a adult site

so could it be a scam of another company sending me a fake email?

i also made a account useing a credit card on there sister website same company different name

and i got the exact same email but i had not baught anything

also i called the help number and it says hi welome to customer service(its a recording) please enter ur member ID number i then put it in n press # and they say oh the number is curently unavilable balh blah blah so i think this is a scam im not gunna even worry about it
 
SCAM by all means.(why else would they request you NOT to contact the bank or credit card company)?
This is common practice to get more of your personal Information.

They got paid the first time around, let them go, and do not respond to any emails.
Also better check your balance on that prepaid card, you may re-load it and find a charge waiting from them.
