i have been working out and eating really healthy and my weight is not going anywhere?!!!! i need some help why this is happening.

the key to losing weight is to burn off more calories than you eat you probably need to do more aerobic exercises such as alot of running jogging one quick good one is using light weight jump ropes there are 2 pound jump ropes see if you can find one and do alot of that

If you have just started working out, most likely you are burning fat but gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so in theory you could actually gain weight working out but be a lot thinner than you were before you started to work out. Also take a look at these websites:

how long have you been doing this?
have you planned out a healthy diet getting all the food groups, including fruits and vegetables?
are you burning more calories than you take in? your body naturally burns some just by body functions and things like that. maybe you are maintaining right now and either need to eat a little less or burn a little more to lose.
maybe seeing a doctor could help?

this is called a plateu. the best thing to do right now is to completely change your workout (new moves) and you will then see results. this happens because your body is used to doing the same exercises as always. good luck!
