I'm Essy from the Philippines. I'm just wondering if learning to play the saxophone is difficult. I'd like to learn to play the instrument but thinking if I'd be too old for that, I'm turning 26 this year. I've been playing (though I'm not very good) the violin for almost 3 years now but my first love is the saxophone. The instrument is rather expensive so I opt for my second choice. But now I have this "nagging" regret that I should go for the saxophone. Is it okay to come from a string instrument and go for a wind instrument? Hope you can enlighten me on this.
