Saw Robin Williams on 'The Graham Norton Show' last night...

I was lucky enough to get tickets to The Graham Norton Show last night where we were promised a 'special A-list guest'. All of our jaws dropped when Robin came out and he didn't dissapoint! He was absolutely hilarious and the show went on for about an hour and a half (maybe a bit longer). His impressions and accents were spot on and he was very, very funny. You could tell he loved being there.

I've got alot of respect for the guy now!

He used to stay with Billy Connelly every few years and go to the Highland Games, he'd wear the kilt, do the hill race and even go into the tartan shops full of old ladies, put on his best Scottish accent and try on hats with them. Great guy!

I really cant imagine anything worse that these two.
Williams alone, is one of the most irriitating and unfunny men on the planet.
Give me toothache any day.

He's a good actor, and I find him funny - not incredibly funny, but funnier than most out there:

Adam Sandler
Billy Connelly
Vince Vaughan
Owen Wilson
Jack Black
Chris Tucker (!!)
Ray Romano
Luke Wilson
Will Ferrell

I'd take Williams over that lot. Plus, Aladdin was the dog's...

I thought I heard 'Robbie Williams' - you can imagine my relief when he walked out instead. He's a very talented guy and really gets an audience going.

Oh you lucky so and so! Lol. :D I'm well jealous! I'd love to see Robin Williams.

It's great it went on for 90 or so minutes for you but there's no way Graham Norton Uncut will last that long, it's always on for 45mins, 15mins longer than the Thursday edition.

Anyway, you can tell us what they didn't show! :p I want an update!

I've never "got" Robin Williams. His films just aren't my cup of tea. I'm curious to see what he's like though and I watch Norton anyway, so I'll probably be tuning in.

Forget his films! First and foremost he's comedian, a fantastic comedian at that! I can't wait to see him in action! As you can tell i'm a fan! Lol.

Nobody does misery and maudlin like him, I can't stand 90% of his films. 24 hour photo and Good Will Hunting (the speech about his wife was adlibbed) were great though but I agree, he's a fantastic comedian in his own right.
