Savoury buffet product including egg?

For Food Tech i need to come up with an original savoury product that includes egg which can be served at a buffet, meaning it can be served in small portions an eaten with the hands. It can't be something that's already for sale like scotch eggs but can be an adaptation.
Any ideas?

You could try kebab type skewers with a quarter of hardboiled egg, a mini (cocktail) sausage and a piece of cheese on? Or alternate with a vegetable or something? Try eggs on skewers I think it's an original idea, I just thought of it!!! Have fun!
