sanyo products and digital swichover, is there any recourse over the fact that they

dont work? even though my tv has the digital tick branding, it turned out not to be compatible with the changover. I could not get a single programme.
I have had to buy a freeview box, even though it has freeview built in.
It seems bad that Sanyo are washing their hands over their responsibility and i feel duped into buying a tv thst was meant to work after switchover. Has anyone else had this experience and what should we do about it collectively?
