Sanyo Incognito boost mobile internet is not working!!!?

The connection status is always gray arrows and it sometimes turns white when i open up the page. i never get the full connection. when i try to open up a page it says "THE REQUESTED PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED" i know that i should have connection because i live in newyork and its has really good cdma coverage. im pretty sure the phones not broken cuz its like brand new and calling and texting works fine. i have the 50 dollar and month plan. Thanks peoples
