I once saw some of these cards in a shop in HK, but was unable to test them because they were packaged up. The sales rep told me they only work on a Pocket PC because there are no Palm drivers.

Right now, we are basically stuck with palmOne's wi-fi card with no memory.

You might want to contact Sandisk. If everyone contacts them and requests a driver for Palm devices, they might make one available for us.

The only alternative is to purchase RVTech's Guyver sled with a wireless lan PC Card. However, I would be a little hesitant on getting one because your investment might be short lived. The Guyver requires the Palm device to have a Universal Connector. The UC is being phased out with the latest devices. This means that if you ever replace your current device, you might not be able to use the Guyver or any other accessories designed for the UC.

The only Palm the Sandisk wifi card works with is Zire 71 - period. Palm made sure that Sandisk didn't get access to the hardware SDK's they need to develop their own card. They managed to reverse engineer a card for the 71 but the hardware architecture is different enough in later Palm's that Sandisk can't make a card for machines like the T3. Thus, you are stuck buying the no memory Palm card, which was probably Palm's plan to begin with.
