sandisk sd memory card be used to transfer games, music to palm Treo cell ?

I am trying to transfer music or the pinball game off my desktop to my palm treo phone.
Everytime I put in the memory card in the phone I heard a sound. But I cannot find the sd card on it?

Is this possible. I dont have the phone cord to connect it directly to the desktop.
Also How do I add music or the pinball game to my DSi using this sd memory card ?
