Samurai Deeper Kyo Manga to transter from tokyopop to Del Rey?

Tokyopop has been constantly delaying the release of the last 4 volumes, and I find this through google. The price is Whacked out too. $15 ?! WTF?
 
It seems that even Del Rey has been hit hard by the economy. I hope that future Del Rey releases will not have to succurab to the $15 price tag. If so, then the company loses another customer.
 
If you check the page count, it actually says over 400 pages, which many mean it's 35 + 36 together, justifying the price.

I`m more worried about tokyopop. SDK was oen fo their biggest sellers. If they had to give it to Del Rey, you know they're on their last legs. I expect an announcement of their bankrupcy or reorganization about a mont after the last volume of FB.
