Samsung Z240E Phone FREEZE

I'm with Samsung Z240E (Orange operator) is only showing "PHONE FREEZE SIM UNAVAILABLE" I tried to unlock and still giving this message. My use N-BOX+HWK.
 
I got the code FREEZE merely getting to enter the device with the SIM.

More he is not asking for the code, only displays the message after I put the SIM "Phone Freeze SIM unavailable Please contact service provider"

The unit does not give me option to enter the code FREEZE.

Friends you did not understand, it will not give me option to enter the codes, even typing the code it does nothing it does not show the numbers as you type. I'll send the image of the device for you to see how it goes when you put your SIM. YES I have made with all day and did not appear to request the code is only so in the image below.
