T-mobile is having a special on buy-one-get-one-free on the Samsung Vibrant, but the thing is that my mom doesn't want Internet connection on hers. She just wants to be able to call and text and nothing else. My brother told me that you need to activate the phone which means that you HAVE to get the whole package with internet and everything. Is that true? If not, can we still be able to get her the phone and able to access it like a regular phone with just calling and texting?
