its called Even More PlusSM (No Annual Contract), you can cancel at any time. the paperwork said they could charge a two hundred dollar cancel fee, but they crossed that part out. when i called tmobile to cancel, they said i would not even be charged an activation fee. Total was 273.11 with state tax.

just based on the back of a ****tail napkin math, its a pretty good deal even if you signed up for the two year contract and cancelled:

UPDATE:
Just got off phone with "Wireless Advocates" who is the third party reseller with Costco for the phones: 18883695931
They said I have the usual 14 day buyers remorse to return the phone. I have the option between days 1-90 to "exchange" for the phone but if it's after 14 days, the phone is mine to keep and I would need to take it up with Tmobile if I wanted to cancel the data plan/change it pay the ETF.
This makes me happier. It's not screwy like Lets Talk with Walmart. Let's Talk if you do anything to your data/features in a 180 day window, they charge you like $250 bucks penalty in addition to what ever your cell phone company wants to impose if you cancel.
So Costco/Wireless Advocates policy is great. I can go ahead and just cancel the line after my 14 days is up. I would essentially be paying $100 plus the $200 ETF fee for a total of $300 for a no contract Samsung Vibrant phone plus taxes and fees."
p.s. one more thing, if you buy it at costco, you get a case, car charger and blue tooth. i recommend the rubber bumper from tmo ($14.99 not included)
