Samsung U700 upload data on pc mode

Hi, After changed the ribbon U700 shows upload data on pc mode, and while shows this msg can't turn on or off, before changed the ribbon set was fine, but now even if I put the original ribbon same msg showing. Please help.

remove battery from phone and connect to pc with usb cable
hold 9
now ur phone show DOWNLOAD on red line
flash it
