SAMSUNG TV - Asterisk (*) beside channel number?

Hello, I have two samsung lcd televisions in my bedrooms, and i noticed an asterisk or a " * " beside one channel number. It only appears beside a certain channel, and that's the only channel it shows up on. However, on one tv, the channel with the asterisk is, for instance, 23. the other tv has an asterisk on, 42. I can't figure out what it means. Anyone know? Any help will be greatly appreciated : )
