Hi i recently got a samsung trance. The first day,. I put a few songs on, it was all well and done. Then it stopped working, as in the device would not come up under my computer. I took it to the store and the guy said he had to fix a few settings and that it should work now. But it doesn't. the computer recognizes it, says it's up to date with drivers and all, and it even shows up in device manager. But I can't access it via computer.
