samsung televison saying no signal?

hi we have a samsung tv with built in freeview on wednesday evening it asked us to do a update which we accepted. Immediatly after the televison was reading no signal on the screen!!! We are still able to watch channel 1-5 on analouge!!! we have tryed to restore the channels but its not giving us the option to when on digital mode. PLEASE HELP!!!! big thanks in advance
