Samsung Steel L810 Mobile Phone Speaker/Receiver Problem.?

Hi, I have a Samsung Steel L810 Mobile Phone. Suddenly, the speakers have stopped working when I try and listen to a ringtone and people can not hear what I'm saying during a telephone call.

Do you know any solutions/troubleshoots that I could try?
