I have a samsung star S5233S i got a unlock code and when they asked my to put in a different Sim card it said PHONE FREEZE SIM UNAVAILABLE PLEASE CONTACT SERVICE PROVIDER. Virgin said i have tried to unlock the phone to many times but this is the first time i have tried
