Samsung Spex vibe and ring option

Anyone know how to get vibe and ring at the same time option active? I've searched through all the settings and can't find it anywhere.

As an aside: I just got this phone for business since I needed unlimited calling, that's it, no texts, no mms, no frills. Just calls. It's funny that I actually had a hard time working with the phone since it's so basic compared to my Bold. Strange. :lol:
 
You can probably just turn the volume up ALL the way. The last option after "High" is almost always "High/Vibrate".
