cdmaworkshop is the easiest universal software there can be....... n DLLs needed or anything....

all you need is a data cable, drivers and cdmaworkshop..... its a 30 free trial and after that is 30$ but its a great program.

Give him a link, let him do some reading, then he can post some semi-intelligent questions to start the process.

lol i had some people help me but i also gave them help in return and now im very good at what i do and i also read as much as i could and made alot of mistakes learning myself. I not only read here i read stuff i found on google, etc. So try that first.
