Samsung Rogue Video Help!!!!!!?

I have the samsung rogue cell phone for verizon wireless and it records up to 10 minutes. I also save it on a memory card which has plenty of memory. Is there a way to change the settings that way I can record for longer than ten minutes, my last phone recorded for an hour with a megapixel less.
