I had to make that same decision a couple months ago! I chose the Samsung Rogue because I like the full sliding keyboard, and it has a pretty good camera with a lot of different editing options. The battery life is pretty good, I only charge my phone like once a week. Though, I think both phones may require you to pay for internet (about $10 a month). It is really good for different types of media though, like music, pictures and video. It's one of my favorite phones that I've had.
