I was on my phone,
and then all of a sudden the Verizon sign popped up, and then it just froze. I can't do anything on it! It's been like this for about an hour! I don't know how to get it off. I've tried turning off my phone, but it wouldn't turn off, I've tried taking out the battery, still frose. It is stuck on the Verizon sign! I don't know what to do! I have a Samsung Rogue, it has a touch screen and QWERTY keyboard, any ideas?
