Samsung Rogue Geotagging feature?

I just bought a samsung rogue, and apparently you can have your photos taken from your phone geotagged by the internal GPS. Online, it says to Go "to Camera Settings > Settings Tab > GPS Connection > On" But I can't seem to find any of these settings or switches. Can anybody tell me how to do it step by step? I can't find the gps connection switch. Also as a side question, can I use my phone as a geotagging device to tag my photos from my real camera through software on the phone or on a computer?
