My phone was malfunctioning, so I had to take it in to get fixed. They have me a loaner phone, which is the Samsung Rant. I text a lot, and I need it on silent for when I go places. BUT, problem.. When I'm texting, if another one comes in while I'm messaging someone, it will go BEEP BEEP even if it is on silent.. This can't happen. Is there a way to turn that off? I looked everywhere, I don't know how to shut it off
