Samsung r510 WAP problems

I have a Samsung r510 from Alltel that i've been using for about a month. However, no matter what I try, I can't get changes to the NAI to stick for WAP. I don't have/can't find the 16 digit internal security password or a dll for Samsung PST. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could try?

I have used QPST to change it multiple times, and tethered NAI stuck but the regular didn't. I can't find a menu on the phone that will allow me to edit WAP settings beyond the proxy.

MMS isn't really a priority, but it would be nice eventually. What I really want is WAP. I miss being able to check my email when away from home.
 
No luck. Only dll I have that will read the phone is the Verizon u740. I had to read the phone with PSTLite, edit the saved config with SamsungPST, and write it back with PSTLite again, but it still reverts to the old Alltel settings. I did manage to enable a setting called "Hidden Menus", but it didn't enable any new menus that I can find.
