Samsung PSTlite wont detect A950

hey group

I found the prl file for cricket and figured out most people use PSTlite to change the PRL on thier phones to cricket. Problem is when i go into system devices on winxp it says i have the samsung comport on 7 but when i launch PSTlite and tell it to look on com7 it does not find my phone. I really want to flash my A950 over to cricket but have been stuck for 2 days now. Any nudge in the right direction? I have read alot of posts on here and do not know if maybe another program is better. Bitpim recognizes the phone easy.

I have the A950.dll and it was still not working? I have QPST which finRAB the phone but not sure what application in it to use to flash the cricket prl to phone or change the esn nuraber.

in QPST you have to use Service Programming in the Roam section then click write to phone..... the SPC is 000000

For ESN repair use UniCDMA or QPST EFS Explorer method
 
ok got the phnoe flashed but when i call *228 it says cannot update phone, i am guessing it is because cricket still has my account set to my old phones ESN nuraber, how do I change it so that i can use my A950 to send and receive calls and messages?

Do i need to call cricket?
 
You'll need to pay the 15.00 ESN change fee. You could change your ESN but its illegal under US law and discussion of doing so is not allowed under the forum rules so i won't talk about it.
