Samsung pixon m8800 bluetooth issue?

Hello all,

Last year I had my Samsung pixon m8800 mobile phone stolen and replaced it with the same model phone and set up the phone again like before with the bluetooth dongle on my pc. I had no issues, then recently I lost that phone (bad luck eh!) and just last week replaced it with yet again the same model phone. I'm currently waiting for my new sim to come but in the meantime I decided to set up bluetooth again. I've matched it with my pc but I seem unable to send files from my pc to the mobile. I can however send files from my mobile to my pc, does anybody have any idea as to why this is? The phone visibility is on and safe mode is off and like i say I'm able to send from phone to pc just not pc to phone. I've never had an issue before so any help will be much appreciated
 
well MAY BE .this is issue related to re- installation i of bluetooth files in your pc . if same problem occurs again then just do master reset the phone because some time the phone setting not allow to make connection with blue tooth devices .if the problem come again then you have to need to go your nearest samsung office .
