Samsung Omnia & Saga web browsers?

Hi I did the Verizon / Samsung update, and it looks like there is a new version of Internet Explorer with it. How do I make it so it will all be stacked and one column? I go to menu / view / mobile and I still get the desktop view. Anyone else been having this problem since the update? Opera I'm not a fan of Because it much like how Internet Explorer is now. Don't like whole iphone browsing style type, looking for any browser that a single scroll bar and stacked view thanks
