I have a samsung net book that came with Windows 7 starter on it. I paid the 75 dollars and upgraded it to windows 7 home. Ever since doing that my screen no longer dims, it does not matter if you try from the control panel keyboard or by plugging it into a power source. Also when i try to log into websites it will take you to enter your password and then when you click submit it takes you right back to the password screen as if it never happened. I tried geek squad with no luck. Anything helps.
