Samsung Monte OR HTC Smart?

Im looking for a reasonably priced PAYG phone on 02 and have come to a dilemma: Samsung Monte or HTC smart? The Monte is £100 and The HTC is £90
Does anyone own one of these phones, and if so what is the internet, touch screen etc. like?
