Im completely lost, Ive been searching the web for any solution to the problem that Im facing. I have the sprint samsung m620 upstage which I had unlocked and switched to cricket. Ive been tinkering around with this phone but I cannot get it to send/receive mms nor get on the internet   . Ive searched far and wide but still no solution. Im debating about selling the phone and just settling for the junk that cricket has to offer :crying: . But Ima give this another shot, Can someone, anyone, anything, anywhere, please help me with this. THANKS

I would sell the Upstage (for a little more than you paid for it. Include the price you paid for flashing + any accessories and a little to cover / oRABet the price of the new phone you get) and get an LG EnV. Those you should have no problem doing you self and getting MMS and WAP on. I've been told that with some true experienced hacking you have a good shot of BREW working. Do remeraber that if you buy from the Verizon store that you'll pay a good 350.00 - 400.00 it. But it will be better than 350.00 for a KRZR or 279.99 for a RAZR. (You can find them for 250.00 sometimes on Craigslist.)

Good luck.

I got an upstage with a bad ESN off ebay for under $100. I'm flashing it over to Cricket, but I know that MMS and WAP won't work. Still people will pay for a sick MP3 Player phone on Cricket without thinkin twice. Can't wait till it comes! I'm hoping that I can read the Memory, unlock it, and use QPST to load the PRL. I realize it may not be easy, but I'm all in already. Wish me luck, and I might need a couple pointers soon, lol.

i was able to access the phone with qstp by getting the spc code with cdma workshop then entering it in qstp but i have no idea to do from there in respect to unlocking all the phones features

Got mine all set. Used UniCDMA to read SPC, used QPST to change SPC and write prl, you guys were right. This phone was cake.

Just wondering if there is an ESN solution for this phone?

is this phone data capable with cricket...i will be flashing one soon and can see that cdma workshop and qpst are going to work for me, but i would love to hear that i will have a chance with data...

yeah...my bad...i read but i thought there might have been something since the last post...no biggie though b/c i will be flashing for someone else so i don't care what services they have... :2thurabs:
