Samsung L760v Diverted Active

Hello,everyone!

I purchased a L760v second hand (as is) and is not letting me make or receive calls.
It says"Diverted Active" and then "Rejected". I cannot even call Vodafone customer service or voicemail.

The only number I managed to dial was emergency services.

The phone is from Vodafone Spain and has the the following:

-FTA SW version:J620.002
-SW Version:L760BUGH1
Factory FS Version:ATL

I called Vodafone and verified that the IMEI number is valid and is not blacklisted.

Anything suggestion on what I can do to get it working?Maybe flashing?

I forgot to mention that all diverts features for outgoing and incoming call are off. And I performed a master reset on this phone with no results.
