So i have a few issues maybe someone has already solved them and would like to share =)

1. When i have a missed call, and i click dial on it, it adRAB extra digits to the nuraber so it looks like this:
#11-xxx-xxx-xxxx and i am unable to call them back.

I am not sure if that's because the nuraber is being forwarded to my cricket phone from another provider or its a bug?

2. I need a way to add my contacts from my blackberry to my JetSet... i have my contacts exported into windows xp address book. Samsung PC Suite doesn't seem to work i think it only works with gsm phones.

All help will be appreciated.

also is there a way to speed up the internet i get like 200kb download when i connect the phone to my laptop thorough bluetooth or wire.

Use cricket's data backup, if you can export the contacts into a .csv file, I believe you can reimport them into the data backup interface and push to your jetset.

All help will be appreciated.

I had to take my jetset to a corp store and have them add it. For some reason one cannot add it from the web, and there customer support is a step past useless on understanding any request I've ever asked them, including please add data backup.

I am not slamming cricket, but even the store I went to said that there phone support is useless, perhaps they should just fire phone support and leave a msg that says please goto your closest cricket store, probably save a few bucks, and at the rate that I've seen cricket stores and cricket dealers go up in Vegas, they will be right up there with mcdonalRAB and starbucks soon, one on every corner..

yeah i guess ill have to pay a visit... but the store by my house seems useless.... they just wanted to sell me the phone and they didn't even have a cc machine to charge me with. Had to pay over phone... lame. The owner of the store was using an iphone... meaning he doesn't even have cricket.

PS
I am going to miss my blackberry... =(

Goto a corporate store not a rep.

goto cricket's website and you will see corporate owned stores.. From my understanding dealers make very little from cricket, and that they make all there money on accessories, I could be wrong.

yeah i don't think you can do it from my backup.... but they do have a machine at the store to transfer contacts i am not sure tho if it only grabs them off the sim card or the phone too.

you can import from outlook, outlook express, and yahoo contacts. So the crackberry software will put the contacts into outlook, and then export them and follow the instructions from the data backup site.

Which are -- Direct from the data backup site on cricket's website.

Import Microsoft Outlook

if they are telling you that they are ripping you off and if its a retail store then i would get name store and all that good stuff and PM me the info so i can take care of it right away, if its a IND then i would do the same and report it as well.
