Samsung J600 problem?

I have had a Samsung J600 for about 2 years and recently sometimes a white blank screen has come up and it's been glitching but now I can't get it to do anything else but be on a white screen. It's not really usable. I can't text people and I can only pick up calls. Does anyone know if it can be solved or if there is anywhere I could get it fixed.
