samsung intensity and motorola rival?

im a verizon customer looking for a new phone and i like the simple ness of these QWERTY keyboard phones but it seems like half the people r rlly happy with them and the other half hate them...any experience with these?? or suggestions?? i dont want a touch screen or the env3
 
i would reccommend the motorola rival because it is smaller and looks a lot better. i also prefer the keyboard on the motorola rival. the motorola rival has a touch screen though. so if you dont want a touch screen then you would have to get the samsung intensity. hope this helps
