Samsung Impression won't connect?

Are you using windows ?

press ALT+Ctrl+Delete together (to open the task manager).
open the tab that says "processes" - you will see a list of all the active programs.

look for one that related to the cell phone , PC studio , or bluetooth (if you are using it). choose it from the list (click it once) and press "end process".

now try again.

Whenever I try to connect my Samsung Impression to "New PC studio" it gives me this message

"The device cannot be opened because another program is currently using it. Close the program to connect the device....."

Nothing else is open? Please help!
