So, this is my third Samsung Impression phone. All of them have the same problems listed below:
-My keyboard is screwed up. It will either do double letters, or just nothing at all. (Only the actual one, the touch screen one is fine.)
-It has to be shut off multiple times a day for some reasons such as messages randomly not sending. Also, I tried going to my contacts and it would not let me use the little scroll thing on the left side. So to test it, I went to the contact i need manually, did what i had to, and pressed the end button. The screen turned purple/pink.
-The charger. I only have two chargers, and it has happened to both. If I move my phone while charging, it will stop charging. If I move it more, it will start charging again. It keeps doing this.
Does anyone else have these problems?
Should I let ATT know and ask if I can get another type of phone?
