Can I program to have Samsung i700 to have mobile web and picture messaging

I haven't got it to work, with Palm threaded messaging or the built in text message client. If you know how to do it, contribute to the community.

I have an i700 but the PRL I am using it drives it batty; i.e., random radio disconnects that happen several times per second.

Are there any special settings in the phone's PST to overcome this?
