Samsung i600 or XDA Graphite for anytime soon, what to buy in the mean time?

I'm looking for a smartphone Windows Mobile which supports 3G and Wifi. Does such a kind of phone exist?
When will the following phones be released: Samsung i600, XDA Graphite?

I have a Nokia E61, but I want to return to Windows Mobile phone, can someone advise me?
