the dvd player that they provide? I have a Samsung 2010 Series 7 LED 3D T.V, and a Samsung blu-ray 3D player BD-C6900. Everything is connected using HDMI cabling, and the surround sound will also have HDMI cabling.

I am looking at getting the Samsung Home theater system HT-C5550. It comes with a blu-ray player, but i want to know if i can sell that blu-ray player that comes with it and just use my own Samsung 3D bluray player that i already have.
Will that work?
Or does the system need that player because it is what sends the sound out to all the other speakers, including the module for the the wireless rear speakers at the back of the room.

And also will the surround sound work with watching just normal T.V, or will all the 5 speakers only work when i watch a movie through the blu-ray player?

Thank you very much for your time, much appreciated.
