So I have had this phone for a month now. The problem is it's not really locking so everytime i put it in my pocket i accidentally click on something then I call someone by accident without even knowing it. When i tried to factory reset it, it says "the process has stopped unexpectedly. please try again." and i have tried it like a million times now and it's still not working. I've been trying to reset it for 3 days now and still nothing.
