I bought a new phone a couple months ago and now the sound is messed up. When talking on the phone I can hear the other person on the line perfectly but my ringtone, when I put my phone on speaker and all of that business doesn't work anymore. I lost sound gradually, at first the sounds would get fuzzy and then stop working but I use to be able to fix it by turning it off and back on, but now nada. Any ideas on how to fix it?
