Samsung Glyde Wap and MMS ? cricKet

I have been using this forum for everything its basically been my flashing guide for every phone, Thanks to every one for posting ... but there is one phone that is stumping me. The samsung glyde i have read every thread on this phone and have tried all the options, I have the prl on the phone and its activated on my account but I cannot get mms or wap to work. If its possible can some one post a guide on how to get these options working? I have done the u740 and the samsung juke with no problem. I have search all over this site for a solution maybe i am missing something or cannot find it even if some one can even direct me on where to find this it it would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance. :doh: :confused:
 
No one is going to go out of their way to write a how to just cuz you asked for it.

Search, search, search....

Everything you want to know is out there somewhere including the dll for the phone. Use it and use what you know about flashing the Samsungs and youll be alright.
 
Good luck friend... What you are going to deal with on forums like these are a group of techno nerRAB that think they are the greatest thing since sliced bread because THEY 'flashed' a phone and charge people for it. What they fail to realize is that there ARE indeed nice people out there that will write up a how to. These guys get off on holding over your head what is so simple to do making you beg for answers and STILL not giving you any solutions.

Here is how this works though. The people posting denials on how to's are the guys that profit off of 5 minutes of work and a downloaded copy of QPST (hint hint). You have two options at this point, beg and beg to get these *insert not so nice insults* to give you the answers, or PM guys like me that just love to have nice phones on Cricket and LOVE the feeling we get from sincerely helping others AT NO PROFIT. I am currently working on doing a Glyde for a friend, so PM me and I can share all that I have. I THINK that I have 'flashed' it completely (see, that is a term that discourages people from having fun. 'Flashing' makes it sound like there is ACTUAL brains and work that go into making these work with Cricket, when there ISN'T... so stop getting off on it guys. A monkey in a geek suit can do what you are charging people to do). Seriously, PM me and I can share all I have. I will post a how-to as soon as I know that this 'flash' works.
 
I have never heard anyone ask another meraber to beg for anything on here. What has been asked is for people to do a bit of searching and reading before they ask a question on here.

Most of the questions have been asked, you just need to search for the solution. That to me is most of the fun.

Seems to me you are full of yourself. Maybe you should get another monkey. That solution for the full flash of the U940 is right here on HOFO.

If you are on this forum for awhile, you will see people ask a question and the answer to their question is two posts below their own post.

There are people right here in my hometown that will flash phones for free and they end up regretting it because the person either screwed up their phone or didn't flash it at all. My prices are reasonable and I guarantee my work.

Show me a monkey that can flash these phones, if it was so easy why are people asking these questions. HINT HINT QPST is ****ing outdated and rarely used. I got HINT FOR YOU, STOP "REPROGRAMMING" WITH ILLEGAL SOFTWARE...

You don't think their is actually brains behind reprogramming or flashing phones. You provide me "ONE" solution that you have come up with your self and say its easy that their was no brains involved.... UM that's right you DON'T HAVE ONE SOLUTION that you can provide CAUSE EVERYONE ELSE has done the work for you...

People LIKE you think your so smart and kind because you can do something and wanna help people out for free.... That's nice of you.. But I like many others think our time is worth something... Just like mowing a lawn, sure they can provide the mower, provide the gas, but I'm still going to charge to walk around their yard in the heat to mow their lawn.

So here is the biggest HINT I have for you.

I see you have a Pearl on Cricket?
What monkey did you get to do that for you?
I mean it's obvious that you didn't do it yourself, because the solution took a lot of time to achieve and, although it's now relatively easy to find, wasn't cheap to buy or have done.
I guess you have a pet monkey.
Or maybe you paid to have it done?
Or maybe you got a hold of the solution from a monkey and did it yourself?
I hope you didn't use QPST (hint, hint).

I think his monkey got sick of him and ran away. This dude posted one post and thought he was some kind of genius. "Thought he got the Glyde to full flash"??? Hmmm there is a tutorial on this here in the forum.

Idiots come and go on here that is for sure.
 
Good day gentlemen. I can honestly say that I have dealt with High Schoolers with more maturity levels. The question is... what's your problem guys? I never insulted anyone directly. I do this for the reasons that this forum was setup, free thought. Are you guys the type that make money off reprogramming phones for people? If so, I have no other worRAB for you, and I assure you that your slings and arrows will not effect me, I have way too much in my life to let insults affect me. Anyway, as you have noted, indeed I have been gone for a little while. This is because I have a life outside of forums and internet. My intent is not to come across as a 'genius' or someone who knows more than anyone else. However, the idea of a forum is a sharing of free ideas. I said to PM me for any information, and no one did. I stand behind that. I can help, or at least do my best to help anyone ***FREE*** If I can remeraber, when I get home, I will post that how too. I have it all typed up nice an pretty, just keep forgetting. (again, that goes along with the 'having a life outside of forums and internet' thing).

And by the by... I didn't pay anyone to reprogram my blackberry. With the help of several very wonderful merabers of this forum as well as just playing with it, I figured it out in no time. So unless you enjoy calling people like Tony Cortes a monkey, my advise would be to come off your cyber pedestal and realize that there are other people capable of resolving easy programming (if you can call it programming). I don't claim to remotely be the smartest person alive, but loading QPST and fiddling with NAM settings is EASY.

im a computer technician, and phones are a whole nother story.
So I hate seeing sorabody ask a question and some douchebag (knowing the answer, or a link to the answer) instead of saying you need this and that and this program, good luck! or simply http//www. HERE YOU GO.com, you talk **** like thier just some fukkn noob bothering you, THIS IS WHAT FORUMS ARE FOR!!!.. to SHARE information.. now I understand a search first and look around, but c'mon, they already asked a question, help em out and say by the way, next time do a little searching around on our forums, if you cant find it, ask away... I am a meraber of quite a few computer and auto forums and I help as much as i can, because USUALY the merabers help me out the best they can when i need it.. thats why i fukkn HATE HoFo.. its filled with a bunch of angry nerRAB.. WOW how did you dig up this thread? Im not sure if you knew what MF was, but that forum was shut down because of illegal activity that went on it. Every forum has its rules, if they are read then they can be easily followed. By linking and posting warez and things that are illegal your playing with fire, most people dont want to risk this forum because this offers the best alot of help for the old merabers and the new ones who are just signing up. In auto forums it should be illegal to talk about resetting odometers, or changing VIN nurabers on vehicles, or providing a place to where it can be done. Same Goes with computer help forums for sharing registration keys and warez. This forum is no different, i just think you had one too many lol.
