Samsung glyde usb connection

i cant connect my glyde to my computer
i downloaded the cd first
still doesnt work
can some1 give me very easy detailed steps thanks

Try this:

Go to your control panel in your computer and delete anything that says CDMA or Samsung or whatever that would relate to the drivers.

Then go to VZAccess Manager and download all of the needed drivers for the Glyde. It shouldn't take long...do this before ever connecting your device.

Then, connect the device. Depending on what your trying to sync: Go to Music and Tones and then music and to sync music to sync for music. If you want to sync USB mass storage (if capable) that would be in tools. Before the computer recognizes it, you must go to one of the locations above.
