Samsung Galaxy Tab Tmobile questions?

My cell phone carrier is tmobile. So would it be better for me to get the tmobile model instead of the sprint or verizon model? Can someone tell me the advantages of getting the tmobile model vs the sprint or verizon? Also how do you unlock this device so you can use it to make calls?
