Samsung Galaxy SIII vs HTC One X+????? Which one is better and Why?

I like the DEAIGN of HTC and FUNCTIONS of Samsung.... I don't know which one to buy....
I hear much about samsung but personally I like HTC...
I just wanted to know your opinion.....

By The Way does HTC One X+ come with a charger and beats audio headphones?....
I will be highly grateful if you answer ALL of my questions....
